Healthy Egg Cups

Ingredients

  • 10-12 large eggs
  • sliced ham
  • shredded cheese
  • finely diced onions
  • finely diced bell peppers
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and grease a muffin pan
  2. place a slice of ham in each section of the muffin tin
  3. mix together, eggs, cheese, onions, bell peppers, and seasoning.
  4. pour egg mixture into prepared muffin tin
  5. bake until eggs are cooked through
