Healthy Egg Cups
Ingredients
- 10-12 large eggs
- sliced ham
- shredded cheese
- finely diced onions
- finely diced bell peppers
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and grease a muffin pan
- place a slice of ham in each section of the muffin tin
- mix together, eggs, cheese, onions, bell peppers, and seasoning.
- pour egg mixture into prepared muffin tin
- bake until eggs are cooked through
